Job summary

Deckers Brands, featuring UGG stores, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver personalized shopping experiences and share product knowledge. You will greet customers, respond to questions, and convey our return policy with a friendly, brand-aligned approach.

You’ll operate the cash register, stock shelves per Visual Merchandising standards, check inventory daily, and collaborate with the team to reach store goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Two years retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to team and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers that drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Address customer questions accurately and respond before they leave.
• Effectively communicate our return policy to customers.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and available.
• Merchandize products in accordance with Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock area and employee break area.
• Respond to theft in accordance with our policies.
• Be on time and notify Store Manager if late or absent.
