Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, part of Accor, is seeking a Food Runner to join our luxury hospitality team in Scottsdale, AZ. You will review kitchen tickets, communicate with the kitchen and FOH staff, and deliver meals to guests with precision and warmth in a fast-paced environment.

• 2 years of experience in fine dining service.
• POS system experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Responsibilities

• Review kitchen tickets precisely and communicate with kitchen and FOH team.
• Deliver food to guests with detail, grace, and speed.
• Maintain professional, engaging and friendly service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and FOH for smooth service.
• Perform daily side work with precision.
• Carry trays up to 25 pounds efficiently.
• Interact with guests in a polite and respectful manner.
• Provide Five Diamond Service to guests daily.
