Qualifications

• Two years of Commercial Kitchen experience preferred.
• Must be detail oriented, accurate and organized; able to handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of Point of Sale operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute food for parties and events at action stations.
• Comply with Food Health and Safety regulations and sanitation policies.
• Prepare and organize ingredients per BEO (banquet event orders).
• Ensure products meet quality standards and are presented well.
• Cook according to recipes and presentation standards in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and storage of banquet equipment between uses.
