Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a premier fine dining restaurant generating approximately $14 million annually. This leader will balance elevated guest service with operational excellence, team development, and financial accountability in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will bring a strong background in luxury hospitality, a proven ability to lead large teams, and a track record of driving business results while maintaining exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in fine dining or high-volume hospitality.
• Experience leading management teams in restaurants generating $10M+ in annual sales.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labor, budgeting, and profitability.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, coach, and retain top hospitality professionals.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Capacity to lead in fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining elevated service standards.
• Strong collaboration with all leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to lead, motivate, and develop a team of managers, supervisors, and hourly associates.
• Communicate clear expectations and hold team members accountable to brand standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top hospitality talent.
• Foster a culture of excellence through coaching, mentoring, recognition, and development.
• Address performance concerns with HR to develop corrective action plans.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure service excellence, cleanliness, safety, and execution.
• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and airport standards.
• Manage inventory controls, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Drive sales and profitability through strategic leadership.
