Job summary

Paradies Lagardère in Denver is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a premier fine dining venue at the airport. You will balance elevated guest service, operational excellence, and financial accountability in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

You will partner with the General Manager to lead a large team, uphold luxury standards, and develop future leaders while ensuring profitability and an exceptional guest experience. This role requires nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive management in fine dining, upscale restaurant, or luxury hospitality.
• Experience leading large teams in high-volume settings.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, budgeting, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of managers, supervisors, and hourly staff.
• Communicate expectations and uphold brand standards and values.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain hospitality talent.
• Coach and mentor staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with HR on corrective action when needed.
• Build relationships with peers and leadership across functions.
