Coach, a global luxury fashion house under Tapestry, Inc., is seeking a Temporary Sales Associate in the Washington, PA area (Pittsburgh). This part-time role focuses on delivering an elevated shopping experience, meeting personal and store sales goals, and supporting daily store operations.

You will build client relationships, provide fashion advice, and utilize mobile POS and social channels to drive sales while maintaining brand standards and participating in brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop), walkie-talkie use, and reading price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency; luxury retail background and social media savvy are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet sales goals.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and recommendations.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain daily store operations and visual merchandising standards.
