Coach is seeking a retail professional in Grand Prairie, TX to represent the brand on the sales floor with high energy and expert product knowledge. You will build relationships with clients, deliver personalized styling, and drive sales through cross‑selling and recommendations.

The role includes using POS systems, mobile devices, and social selling tools, while maintaining store standards and supporting inventory and merchandising tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Strong English proficiency and clienteling knowledge.
• Experience with POS operation, iPad/laptop use, and mobile POS tools.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Handle daily operations including cash wrap, inventory, and merchandising.
