The role requires 1+ year(s) in luxury retail, POS proficiency, and strong English. Schedule flexibility includes nights, weekends, and peak season in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, walkie-talkie, and reading price sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, and live-stream/video demo experience (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• English language proficiency noted for EU postings.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador; adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships via styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools; participate in social selling and data capture.
• Develop personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs; close sales with follow-ups.
• Source new customers; maintain relationships; support inventory and daily tasks.
• Maintain store floor cleanliness, stockroom organization, and policy compliance.
