Coach is seeking a Sales Associate for our Elizabeth, NJ location to provide an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and represent the brand through styling and product knowledge.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year luxury retail sales experience, familiarity with POS systems and clienteling tools, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer tools.
• Ability to read price/release sheets and use clienteling solutions.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver personalized styling.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers; maintain relationships and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor; support inventory and replenishment.
• Participate in training, brand initiatives, and inclusivity activities.
