Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Fashion Advisor in Paramus, New Jersey to deliver exceptional client service and grow the brand’s client base. The role requires a warm, professional approach and fashion expertise to inspire loyalty and drive revenue.

You will work with a diverse sales team, report to boutique leadership, and support a premium in-store experience with flexibility to work late nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Front of House Fashion: Full-time in-store and in-person presence required to support client sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior client service and drive client conversion and retention.
• Lead development of new customers and convert walk-in traffic into brand ambassadors.
• Maintain and follow up on client repairs and alterations.
