Job summary

CHANEL in Boca Raton is seeking a Fashion Advisor to deliver exceptional client service and fashion expertise in a busy boutique. You will lead efforts to convert walk-ins into loyal clients and brand ambassadors while collaborating with a diverse sales team under boutique leadership.

The role emphasizes building relationships, maintaining a high standard of client experience, and supporting repairs and alterations follow-up.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Front of House Fashion: full-time in-store presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-ins to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Optimize the client experience with prompt, warm, and courteous service.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude to raise service levels and exceed expectations.
• Take in repairs and follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
