Job summary

CHANEL Bal Harbour is seeking a Fashion Advisor dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and fashion expertise. You will play a pivotal role in converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors while driving revenue and loyalty within a diverse sales team.

You will build genuine relationships, provide prompt and warm service, and manage repairs follow-up, with a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Convert walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors with energy and brand alignment.
• Deliver prompt, warm, and professional client service to optimize the client experience.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through consistent outreach.
• Exceed client expectations with a can-do attitude and superior service.
• Support repairs intake and follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
