• 3+ years of related experience in retail or luxury fashion
• Strong focus on client experience and service excellence
• Ability to build genuine client relationships and drive sales

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of new customers and convert walk-ins to clients and brand ambassadors
• Provide prompt, professional, warm and courteous client service to optimize the client experience
• Build genuine relationships with clients through consistent outreach
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude to raise service levels and exceed client expectations
• Manage repairs and follow up with clients regarding alterations
