Job summary

CHANEL in Chicago is seeking a Fashion Advisor with a passion for client service and fashion expertise. The Fashion Advisor will play a crucial role of consistently providing a superior level of service to clients, while increasing client conversion and retention, to drive business revenue, and inspire brand loyalty.

The Fashion Advisor will work alongside a diverse sales-team, and report to the Boutique’s leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Front of House Fashion: Full-time in-store presence required to support client sales and elevated service.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexibile schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Passion for CHANEL and client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new customers and convert walk-ins to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm and courteous service to optimize client experience.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through consistent outreach.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude and exceed client expectations.
• Take in repairs and follow up on alterations.
