Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a well-rounded Food & Beverage Supervisor for Pelican Landing. You will lead the restaurant and bar operations with passion and creativity, ensuring exceptional five-star service in a fast-paced luxury setting.

• Must be TIPS certified or certify within 30 days of hire.
• Must have a current Food Handlers card.
• Minimum of one year of supervisor experience in a luxury resort setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor bar and dining areas in a supervisory capacity across outlets.
• Ensure guests are assisted by service staff for a flawless dining experience.
• Fill in as needed to uphold Forbes standards and guest service.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests professionally.
• Maintain smooth service flow and coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house.
• Train and motivate staff to uphold high standards of service and presentation.
