Job summary

Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale seeks a seasoned Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead restaurant and bar operations with Forbes-standard service, in a fast-paced luxury setting. Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you’ll oversee guest experiences and coordinate with other outlets.

The role requires a high school diploma, TIPS certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days, a current Food Handlers card, and at least one year of supervisory experience in a luxury resort.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• TIPS certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Current Food Handlers card required.
• Minimum of one year of supervisor experience in a luxury resort setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor bar and restaurant seating in a supervisory capacity.
• Ensure guests receive impeccable welcome and dining experiences.
• Maintain Forbes standards in guest service.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally.
• Train and motivate staff to uphold high service standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and coordination between kitchen and front-of-house.
