Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality's Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for Pelican Landing to lead restaurant and bar operations with passion and creativity, delivering five-star service. You will train staff, coordinate front- and back-of-house activities, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining Forbes standards.

The role requires a high school diploma (GED preferred), TIPS certification or within 30 days, and at least one year of supervisor experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED recommended.
• Must have a current Food Handlers card.
• TIPS certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year of supervisor experience in a luxury resort setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor bar and indoor/outdoor seating in a supervisory capacity and cross-coverage across outlets.
• Ensure guests are greeted and served by staff for a flawless dining experience.
• Uphold Forbes standards and provide top-tier service.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Maintain smooth service flow and coordination between kitchen and front-of-house.
• Address staff concerns to improve service and team dynamics.
• Train and motivate staff to uphold high standards of service and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and general property.
• Resolve issues promptly to sustain guest satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections, glassware and garnishes.
