CoralTree Hospitality’s Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale seeks a seasoned Food & Beverage Supervisor for Windows 66 to lead restaurant and bars with passion and creativity. You’ll ensure five-star service, train staff, and support other F&B outlets as needed.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, a current Food Handlers card, TIPS certification (within 30 days), and at least one year of supervisor experience in a luxury resort.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of supervisor experience in a luxury resort setting.
• TIPS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Current Food Handlers card is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor bar and indoor/outdoor seating in a supervisory capacity.
• Ensure flawless welcome and dining experience with staff.
• Adhere to Forbes standards in guest service.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house for smooth service.
• Train and motivate staff to maintain high service levels.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and property.
