CoralTree Hospitality seeks a well-rounded Food & Beverage Supervisor to join Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale. The role leads restaurant and bar operations, ensures five-star service, and supports other outlets as needed in a fast-paced, entertainment-filled environment.

We value energetic, polished hospitality professionals with a passion for exceptional guest experiences, capable of training teams and maintaining Forbes-standard service across multiple venues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• TIPS certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience in luxury resort settings preferred.
• Ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant and bar operations with passion and creativity.
• Assist other F&B outlets as needed to ensure five-star service.
• Monitor indoor/outdoor seating and service flow with Forbes standards.
• Address guest inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Train and motivate staff to uphold high service and presentation standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes.
