Job summary

Cabot Citrus Farms in Brooksville, FL seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead and develop front-of-house teams, ensuring prompt, warm, and reliable service across our resort dining outlets. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold Cabot’s premium hospitality standards.

The role requires solid restaurant supervision experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or previous food and beverage management experience.
• Previous restaurant supervision is an asset.
• Serve Right certification recommended.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the United States.
• Experience with Point of Sales systems.
• Extended knowledge of food and beverage and the daily function of a fast-paced establishment.
• Working knowledge of wines, spirits, and beer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours - mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of professionals who provide timely, personalized, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service.
• Train and supervise front-of-house employees to exceed guests’ expectations.
• Communicate effectively with the team and across departments.
• Deliver daily information briefings about reservations, specials, guest requests, and events.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and service standards are followed.
• Assist with service as needed, e.g., run food/drinks, clear tables, seat guests.
• Monitor daily in/out punches for hourly employees and submit hours for payroll.
• Provide coaching and feedback to develop front-of-house staff.
• Ensure side duties are completed and stations are stocked.
