Cabot Citrus Farms is seeking a friendly and professional bartender to create memorable experiences for guests at our Brooksville, FL location. You will greet guests, take orders, craft cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, and ensure accuracy in cash handling and transactions while maintaining a clean, compliant bar area.

The role requires knowledge of drink recipes, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Must be legally able to serve alcohol in Florida and have the ability to obtain necessary certifications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take drink orders and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain knowledge of drink recipes and recommend new or popular drinks.
• Ensure bar is stocked with necessary supplies and ingredients.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and sanitized at all times.
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and adhere to all local laws and regulations regarding service.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent customer service.
