Job summary

Cabot Citrus Farms is seeking a Food and Beverage Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a luxury resort setting. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction with a high level of hospitality and professionalism.

The role demands excellent communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to adapt to outdoor working conditions while upholding Cabot's luxury standards. Training and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or experience in a related field preferred.
• Experience with information systems and inventory management.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, personalized, friendly, warm, and efficient food and beverage service at all outlets across the property.
• Be highly knowledgeable in all Food and Beverage items available at Cabot Citrus Farms.
• Present a professional and personalized approach, reading guests and anticipating needs.
• Handle guest payments, including cash, credit cards, and room charges.
• Work with F&B management to deliver guest satisfaction with dedication and professionalism.
• Uphold world-class standards of service and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Clear tables, refresh beverages, and manage side duties promptly.
