Cabot Citrus Farms in Brooksville, FL is seeking a part-time Guest Service Attendant to greet guests, assist with golf clubs, and support the clubhouse team. You will help direct guests to the pro shop, unload clubs from the shuttle, and provide personalized information about services and amenities.

The role emphasizes a welcoming, high-energy demeanor, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to work early mornings, nights, and weekends in outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Enthusiastic, positive, authentic, engaging, and high-energy.
• Excellent grooming and personal appearance standards.
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area, and parking lot.
• Maintains the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area.
• Maintains the cart storage area and cart wash-down area in a neat, clean, and orderly condition.
• Prepares golf carts for play following the standards of Cabot Citrus Farms.
• Greet all guests warmly and professionally - make guests feel welcome and anticipate their needs.
• Assist guests with their golf clubs, set them up on a golf cart, or pushcart, ensure that the bag is suitable for the caddie when caddies are booked, provide a medical cart when required, and provide club storage services as requested.
• Provide information and direction to guests to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
• Communicate with the intent to connect with guests and associates, displaying a positive attitude and highly effective listening and speaking skills.
• Maintain and uphold the policies, procedures, and reporting of the golf operations as required.
• Focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
• Work flexible hours as required, including early mornings, nights/weekends.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
