Job summary

Cabot Citrus Farms in Brooksville, FL, is seeking a Pool Attendant to deliver attentive, personalized poolside service and create a welcoming guest experience.

You will present menus, take orders, serve food and beverages, provide towels, set up chairs, and coordinate with Housekeeping to keep the pool area organized and inviting. Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the pool and assist with selecting and setting up chairs or loungers.
• Provide towels and assist with umbrellas and poolside amenities.
• Present food and beverage menus, explain offerings, answer questions and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from pool guests.
• Serve food and beverages to pool guests and check back with them.
• Process guest checks and payments according to procedures.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other resort teams to ensure a seamless pool experience.
