Cabot Citrus Farms in Brooksville, Florida seeks a Pool Attendant to deliver attentive poolside service. You will greet guests, provide towels, present menus, take orders, and ensure a welcoming pool experience.

Collaborate with Housekeeping and other resort teams to keep the pool area organized and guest-ready. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, and professional, with strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests at the pool and help with chairs or loungers.
• Provide towels and assist with poolside amenities as needed.
• Present menus, explain offerings, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders.
• Check back with guests, anticipate needs, and provide attentive service.
• Process guest checks and payments per procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of offerings, ingredients, and dietary information.
• Follow alcohol service policies and responsible service requirements.
• Clear items and reset areas for incoming guests.
• Maintain organized pool environment and report issues to departments.
• Coordinate with resort teams for seamless guest service.
• Maintain a polished, friendly, professional presence at the pool.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
