Job summary

Aman Group Sarl's Amangiri is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to support the seamless operation of dining services in Canyon Point, Utah. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, this role oversees service standards, training and guest experience across the dining venues.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in F&B, strong knowledge of dining room and kitchen operations, and proficiency with POS/hospitality systems.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food and beverage is required.
• Familiar with dining room and kitchen operations.
• Proficient with POS and hospitality systems.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily dining room service and ensure service areas meet standards.
• Lead pre-service briefings and communicate updates to colleagues.
• Supervise the flow of service for timeliness, consistency and attentiveness at all tables.
• Train and mentor colleagues on service expectations and guest interaction.
• Maintain strong communication with the kitchen regarding guest requests and dietary needs.
• Ensure proper handling of orders in the POS system with accuracy.
• Support the organisation and delivery of special events and functions.
• Maintain high grooming and uniform presentation standards.
• Maintain table settings, silverware cleanliness in front- and back-of-house areas.
