Job summary

Amangiri in Canyon Point, Utah is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Server to deliver warm, attentive service and guide guests through menus. You will coordinate with team to ensure a welcoming dining experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities include taking orders, communicating dietary needs, maintaining a clean workstation, and ensuring accurate billing. The ideal candidate has F&B experience, strong English skills, and a professional, guest-focused demeanor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food and beverage environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional, engaging, and guest-focused personality.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros, SevenRooms and Opera.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and attentive service to all guests throughout their dining experience.
• Review menus daily to stay informed of specials and changes.
• Guide guests through menu and wine knowledge.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Ensure dietary restrictions are communicated and handled correctly.
• Maintain clean and organised workstations and dining areas.
• Verify guest satisfaction and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and other duties as directed.
