Aman Group's Amangiri in Utah is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily dining operations, lead service excellence, and train colleagues. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will ensure guest satisfaction, maintain standards, and coordinate with kitchen and service teams.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in F&B, proficiency with POS systems, and certifications such as ServSafe and TIPS.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a food and beverage setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dining room and kitchen operations.
• Proficiency with POS and hospitality systems (Micros, SevenRooms, Opera) is highly desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service in the dining room and ensure standard preparation.

Role

Amangiri is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to support the seamless operation of our dining services in Canyon Point, Utah. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, this role plays a vital part in overseeing service standards, training and supporting colleagues, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily service in the dining room, ensuring all areas are prepared to standard.
• Lead pre-service briefings and communicate relevant updates to colleagues.
• Supervise the flow of service to ensure timeliness, consistency, and attentiveness at all tables.
• Support colleagues on the floor, including assisting with food and beverage service.
• Train and mentor new and existing colleagues on service expectations and guest interaction.
• Maintain strong communication with the kitchen regarding guest requests and dietary needs.
• Ensure proper handling of orders in the POS system, with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Monitor table settings, silverware, and cleanliness in both front- and back-of-house areas.
• Support the organisation and delivery of special events and functions.
• Maintain high standards of grooming and uniform presentation.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a food and beverage setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dining room and kitchen operations.
• Experience with POS and hospitality systems such as Micros, SevenRooms, and Opera is highly desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Clear driving record and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening (if driving company vehicles).
• Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail with excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor conditions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs.
• TIPS and ServSafe certifications required.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
