Aman Group's Amangiri in Utah is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily dining operations, lead service excellence, and train colleagues. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will ensure guest satisfaction, maintain standards, and coordinate with kitchen and service teams.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in F&B, proficiency with POS systems, and certifications such as ServSafe and TIPS.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a food and beverage setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dining room and kitchen operations.
• Proficiency with POS and hospitality systems (Micros, SevenRooms, Opera) is highly desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service in the dining room and ensure standard preparation.
• Lead pre-service briefings and communicate updates to colleagues.
• Supervise service flow for timeliness, consistency, and attentiveness.
• Support on the floor with food and beverage service.
• Train and mentor colleagues on service expectations and guest interaction.
• Coordinate with kitchen on guest requests and dietary needs.
• Handle POS orders accurately and maintain table settings and cleanliness.
• Support events and functions with organization and delivery.
• Maintain professional grooming and uniform presentation.
