Job summary

Aman at Amangiri in Canyon Point, Utah seeks a dedicated Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service and create a welcoming dining experience for guests. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring guests feel cared for from arrival to departure.

The role reports to the Restaurant Manager and requires strong F&B experience, excellent English communication, and a professional, guest-focused attitude. Must be able to lift 45 lbs and work outdoors as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food and beverage environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Professional, guest-focused personality.
• Strong multitasking and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry loads up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros, and SevenRooms and Opera is an advantage.
• TIPS and ServSafe certifications required.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and attentive service to guests throughout their dining experience.
• Review menus daily to stay informed of specials and changes.
• Guide guests through the food and beverage offerings with in-depth menu and wine knowledge.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Ensure that dietary restrictions and allergies are communicated clearly and handled correctly.
• Maintain clean and well-organised workstations and dining areas at all times.
• Set up tables in accordance with host instructions and company standards.
• Verify each guest’s satisfaction throughout their meal and anticipate needs before being asked.
• Ensure all products served are accurately reflected on the final bill.
• Support service flow by coordinating with other team members, including Server Assistants.
• Complete all assigned side duties, opening and closing tasks as per guidelines.
