Job summary

Delano Miami Beach is hiring a Service Agent - PBX/Reservations to join the reopening team. Under the F&B Reservations Manager, you will manage daily reservations and guest communications across all F&B outlets to deliver a seamless, luxury experience.

Responsibilities include handling calls, emails, VIP bookings, maintaining guest profiles, coordinating with restaurant teams, and enforcing policies. Proficiency with SevenRooms and a polished, guest-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with SevenRooms or similar reservation systems preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a guest-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily reservations, calls, emails, and online inquiries with accuracy.
• Utilize SevenRooms and other reservation platforms used by the property.
• Handle VIP reservations, special requests, celebrations, large parties, and guest preferences.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, reservation notes, allergies, and special requests.
• Monitor availability, waitlists, cancellations, and reservation changes.
• Coordinate with restaurant, host, and culinary teams regarding reservations and events.
• Follow reservation, deposit, cancellation, payment, and no-show policies.
• Support daily reservation briefings and communicate VIP arrivals and important guest information.
• Assist with service recovery and resolve reservation-related concerns professionally.
• Maintain high standards of luxury hospitality, communication, and guest service.
