Job summary

L’Ermitage Beverly Hills is seeking a Food & Beverage Outlets Manager to oversee front-of-house operations for Restaurants/Bar, Pool, In Room Dining, and Banquets. You will report to the Director of Food & Beverage and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service, manage staffing, scheduling, training, and wage decisions while maintaining the property’s renowned standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional restaurant leadership experience.
• 5+ years professional serving or bartending experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• California Food Handler Certification and Responsible Beverage Service Certification required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations for restaurants, bar, pool, in-room dining, and banquets.
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate F&B staff; manage wages and performance.
• Lead pre-shift meetings, drive guest satisfaction, and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and par levels; coordinate with Sales and Culinary teams.
• Update POS pricing, specials, and menu changes; ensure beverage program standards.
• Ensure cash handling and tip distribution policies; enforce safety procedures.
