Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager for The Potomac Hotel in Washington, DC. You will oversee front-of-house F&B operations, support outlets and banquets, and work closely with culinary teams to uphold luxury standards.

You will lead staffing, training, and guest engagement in a fast-paced, high-end environment, reporting to the Restaurant General Manager and collaborating with marketing on activations.

Qualifications

• Exceptional knowledge of fine dining, wine & spirits, cocktails, and hotel operations.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Union experience preferred.
• Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage F&B outlets and operations ensuring quality, service and luxury standards.
• Monitor staffing levels, supplies, and equipment to ensure safety and service quality.
• Lead and support F&B managers and service teams to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Represent the department in payroll-related discussions and pre-shift lineups.
• Provide training to improve performance and product knowledge.
• Attend to guest needs, oversee open table guest profile system, and manage guest feedback.
