Job summary

The Potomac Hotel, Autograph Collection, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality in Washington, DC, seeks an experienced F&B Operations Manager to lead a dynamic dining program across multiple venues, drive guest satisfaction, and manage financial performance.

You will oversee day-to-day restaurant, bar, and catering operations, mentor a diverse team, implement service standards, and collaborate with hotel leadership on budgets and strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes professionalism, accountability, and engagement.
• Respond promptly to guest feedback and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
