The Hay-Adams is a 5-star boutique hotel in downtown Washington, D.C., offering refined service and exceptional guest experiences. This role oversees Food & Beverage operations, coordinating reservations, events, and staff to maintain high quality and guest satisfaction.

The position emphasizes training, scheduling, and compliance with service standards, while supporting marketing initiatives and budget awareness for outlets and amenities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management/Restaurant Management preferred or equivalent experience; two to three years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Food & Beverage operation to deliver high level of guest satisfaction and superior services.
• Assist in scheduling reservations and events; communicate details to Culinary team and other managers.
• Manage reservations system with host staff; assist greeting and seating during peak times.
• Organize shift documentation and manage labor through Kronos.
