Job summary

Renard International Hospitality Search Consultants is representing a luxury resort in the Southern USA seeking an experienced F&B Operations Manager for several fine dining restaurants. The role leads guest service, daily operations, and financial performance, driving Four-Diamond standards and exceptional dining experiences.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in fine dining/hospitality, strong leadership, and financial acumen, with supervisory experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
Five+ years in progressive restaurant/hospitality roles with fine dining experience.
Two+ years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
Luxury hotel/destination resort or Four Diamond operation preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead guest experience and service excellence across fine dining outlets.
Oversee financial performance and labor/inventory controls.
Uphold Four-Diamond standards and quality assurance programs.
Engage with local culture and community values on property.
