Job summary

The Hospitality Tribune seeks a Director of Outlets – Food & Beverage for Rosewood Miramar Beach. You are the single accountable leader for The Revere Room and The Manor Bar, responsible for financials, profitability, and achieving goals while coaching and leading the teams to execute service with world-class standards.

Essential duties include managing staff, scheduling, training, guest relations, and ensuring brand standards in dining and bar service.

Qualifications

• Diploma/College or equivalent required.
• Minimum of five years’ management experience in Food & Beverage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of policies and standards; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop the F&B teams to meet brand standards and service sequences.
• Oversee reservations, seating, and revenue management to maximize profitability.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef and culinary teams to create exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage labor scheduling and performance reviews for outlets staff.
• Ensure compliance with liquor regulations and safety standards.
