Rosewood Miramar Beach is seeking an exceptional Host to enhance the guest dining experience in our luxury restaurant. You will greet guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating for both daily and nightly service, ensuring a gracious, informed, and seamless experience from arrival to departure.

You will maintain knowledge of menu items, beverage offerings, and local area information, while upholding strict service standards and safety guidelines.

Formación

• Must have strong guest service orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury restaurant.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Greet restaurant guests and manage phone and in-person inquiries.
• Receive reservations and coordinate seating for service periods.
• Provide information about local area and menu items to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, menu items, and preparation methods.
• Ensure standards and dress code compliance with state regulations.
