Job summary

Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead dining room operations, train staff, and ensure service excellence in line with Omni standards.

This role requires strong financial acumen, experience in F&B leadership, and flexible scheduling to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays; you will drive guest satisfaction and profit through cost control and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent preferred.
• 4 years of experience in a previous Food & Beverage operations leadership role required.
• Previous Restaurant General Manager or Assistant General Manager Experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Understanding of financial statements and labor productivity.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction during dining in the restaurant.
• Conduct daily pre-meal meetings with service staff.
• Supervise floor operations and ensure adherence to service protocol.
• Monitor guest experience timing and handle complaints to satisfaction.
• Maintain smooth operation and accurate weekly staff scheduling.
• Ensure cost controls and profitability through upselling and promotions.
