Job summary

The Ocean House Collection in Watch Hill, Rhode Island seeks a Restaurant Manager for The Weekapaug Inn. The role leads dining rooms, in-room dining, Bathhouse, Banquets and Pool service while maintaining Forbes five-star standards and exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, with 1 year luxury hotel operations experience and fluent English. You will supervise front-of-house staff, manage scheduling, payroll and inventories, and ensure flawless service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a luxury hospitality setting and a five-star environment is preferred.
• Banquet and function experience preferred.
• Fluency in English both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to manage, train and schedule effectively a large seasonal arrival and departure of staff to ensure five-star standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely completion of management duties (scheduling, payroll, inventories, and other administrative duties).
• Oversee service standards throughout the food and beverage department to ensure a consistent guest experience at a high-quality level.
• Provide coverage of floor shifts across all outlets.
• Conduct daily shift briefings.
• Ensures that staff follow company policies including grooming and dress code.
• Assist with special projects as requested.
