Four Seasons Palm Beach is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily F&B operations across outlets, upholding Four Seasons standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

In this full-time leadership role, you will coach a diverse team, manage service quality, train staff, and ensure compliance with safety and brand guidelines while collaborating with other departments to create seamless and memorable stays.

Qualifikationen

• Hospitality management degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in luxury hotel/resort/restaurant leadership.
• Knowledge of service standards, wine, spirits, and guest engagement.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Support daily Food & Beverage operations and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team to meet Four Seasons standards.
• Maintain visible leadership and address guest concerns promptly.
• Assist with service and presentation of F&B offerings.
• Develop guest relationships and personalize service.
• Monitor outlet operations for cleanliness and brand compliance.
• Assist labor, scheduling, inventory, and operating expenses.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations.
• Collaborate with departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Drive continuous improvement in guest service and offerings.
• Monitor facilities and equipment for maintenance needs.
