Remington Hotels Switzerland Chicago Magnificent Mile is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee LeBar, the CDA restaurant, In-Room Dining, and Banquets support. Lead daily F&B operations with a focus on guest experience, service excellence, and team leadership in a luxury setting.

The role emphasizes high standards, collaboration with leadership, and delivering memorable dining experiences across all outlets within Sofitel Chicago Magnificent Mile.

• Oversee and lead daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets (LeBar, CDA, In-Room Dining) and support Banquets as needed.

• Ensure an exceptional and memorable dining experience across outlets.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to maintain brand standards and service quality.
