Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for Adorn Bar & Restaurant. You will lead the F&B team in delivering exceptional guest experiences with innovative cuisine and wine lists.

Candidates must have 3-5 years of restaurant management, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of F&B finances. Michelin experience is preferred and flexibility in scheduling is required. We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, training, motivation, and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, self-starter, and team-oriented.
• Requires English proficiency; other languages are a plus.
• Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage; certifications are required.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal skills, and energy.
• Solid grasp of financial management including P&L, labor, and costs.
• Michelin experience preferred.
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Ability to evolve restaurant to be the heartbeat of the hotel.
