Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a qualified food & beverage role within a hotel or luxury setting.
• Passion for hospitality, food & beverage, and guest experience.
• Experience overseeing a wine program.

Responsibilities

• Manage service in all F&B areas and events; greet and acknowledge guests.
• Oversee setup, linens, glassware, and uniform standards for service staff.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; create weekly staff schedules.
