Qualifications

• 3–5 years of bar/beverage management experience.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, trends and mixology.
• Ability to lead, train and develop high-performing teams.
• Understanding of inventory management, purchasing, beverage cost control and sales performance.
• Excellent communication, leadership and guest-service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Beverage certification or advanced beverage education preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day bar operations, ensuring service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Support beverage menu development, cocktail programming, and seasonal offerings.
• Lead, train, coach, schedule, and develop the bar team to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain beverage inventory, assist with purchasing, manage vendor relationships, and monitor beverage costs.
• Review sales performance and implement strategies to support revenue growth and profitability.
• Partner with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Venues, and other departments to execute programming and create memorable guest experiences.
• Ensure adherence to standards for service, cleanliness, safety, responsible alcohol service, and compliance.
• Engage with guests and provide knowledgeable, personalized service while building strong guest relationships.
• Monitor daily operations and address service issues professionally.
• Stay current on cocktail and beverage trends and contribute new ideas to enhance the bar program.
• Support leadership with operational planning, reporting, and special events.
