Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to assist in daily operations of McArthur’s Restaurant and In Room Dining. You will help plan, supervise, and evaluate staff while maintaining quality service, managing costs, and driving guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least two years of server experience and leadership. Hospitality education preferred; certifications such as Food Handler and ServSafe are valued; a strong guest-focused

Qualifications

• Two years of server experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Food handler certification required; TIPS or ServSafe preferred

Responsibilities

• Plans, supervises, and participates in staff performance evaluations.
• Monitors service quality, expense control, and revenue generation.
• Oversees McArthur’s Restaurant and In Room Dining for cleanliness and setup.
• Updates and facilitates training programs for associates.
• Assists in hiring and develops weekly department schedules.
• Ensures health and safety procedures and proper supplies.
• Coordinates maintenance and purchase orders as needed.
