Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Arizona Biltmore is seeking an experienced bartender to join our upscale, high-volume bar team. You will craft cocktails, greet guests, and manage orders on Micros while maintaining bar stock in a luxury resort setting.

Two years of bartending in a luxury environment is preferred; knowledge of liquor laws and ServSafe is a plus. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Two years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale environment.
• Experience in a hotel/resort setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros or Agilysys.
• Maricopa County Food Handler Card and ServSafe/TIPS CPR/First Aid are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and welcoming manner and take drink orders.
• Mix, garnish and present beverages per standard recipes and portion control.
• Input orders into the POS and balance cash/remittances at shift end.
• Maintain bar stock, coolers, garnishes and supplies; ensure product quality.
• Identify guests and ensure liquor laws are followed; assure guest satisfaction.
