Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Bartender for the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. The role involves crafting and serving drinks, assisting in food service, and maintaining bar standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale setting, with knowledge of POS systems. Certifications such as TIPS, ServSafe, CPR/First Aid are preferred. Join a legendary luxury property with strong guest service expectations.

Qualifications

• Two years of Bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Experience in upscale/luxury dining environment preferred.
• Hotel/resort experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems such as Micros or Agilysis is a plus.
• Maricopa County Food Handler Card.
• TIPS Certification (preferred).
• ServSafe Certification (preferred).
• CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred).
• Team player with strong organization and multitasking skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve beverages and food to guests in a friendly, courteous, timely manner.
• Greet guests, take and document drink orders.
• Maintain menu knowledge for beverages and food items.
• Input orders into POS, process payments, and balance cash.
• Stock and set up the bar daily, including garnish and perishables.
• Ensure liquor laws and company policies are followed.
• Attend mandatory meetings and keep work area clean and safe.
