Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Bartender for the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. The role involves creating and serving beverages in a high-volume, upscale environment, maintaining knowledge of a wide beverage and food menu, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, preparing drinks, handling POS orders, cash handling, and maintaining bar stock. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least two years of bartending in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Experience in upscale / luxury dining environments preferred.
• Hotel / resort experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems such as Micros or Agilysis.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner; document orders for drinks.
• Mix, garnish and present drinks using standard recipes and portion control.
• Check guests' identifications.
• Input orders at the register and manage checks for guests and staff.
• Handle cash, verify charges and balance receipts.
• Maintain bar setup; stock beer, wine, spirits, and supplies daily.
• Cut and store fresh garnishes, juices, and perishables.
• Monitor guest intoxication and liquor law compliance.
• Lock up and secure items and deposit cash as required.
