Viceroy Hotels & Resorts seeks a Restaurant General Manager for The Observatory Sun Valley, A Viceroy Resort, to lead all F&B operations during pre-opening in Idaho's Sun Valley. You will drive multi‑outlet dining, uphold luxury service standards, and collaborate with culinary leadership to create a seamless guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of luxury F&B leadership, strong P&L skills, and a hands‑on, guest‑oriented leadership style.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive F&B leadership in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Experience managing multiple outlets; luxury or Forbes‑level service preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced pre‑opening environment.
• Food handler and alcohol service certifications required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring consistent service.
• Lead luxury service standards with personalization and attention to detail.
• Recruit, train, and develop F&B team members and leaders.
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and departmental profitability.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership for front/back of house coordination.
• Support opening readiness, SOPs, and pre‑opening activations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and drive initiatives for guest experience.
